By accessing and using SJT Connect, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to us immediately.

Our services are provided strictly for professional use. You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, automated data scraping, transmitting malicious code, attempting to bypass our security measures, or undertaking any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SJT Connect and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your access to or inability to access the service. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms and Conditions, is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
